I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Michael McGowan from Greenline Roofing came out. We had been let down previously and he was aware of this. They did the job that afternoon. We paid them. They put 4 vents in the roof, which ended up causing more leaks. They said someone would send someone out to fix it, they didn't. They said they would phone back, they didn't. No response to any messages. We have had to get someone out to fix the vents that were put in the wrong way. The word 'inside' is on the outside of the vents fitted. No money back.
