Came promptly to assess leaking roof. Explained exactly what the problem was, how much it would cost, when he could do it and how long it would take. Replaced missing tiles and fixed the ones that had moved. Very professional and efficient, would recommend him without doubt.

Excellent work, very reliable, honest and punctual. Very reasonable quote and completed the work as discussed to a very high standard. Accepted payment several weeks after the work was completed and when I was happy the problem was fixed. Highly recommended.

Ours was quite a specialist job, as the scaffold at the rear of the house had to bridge our whole conservatory which is 30ft x 12ft. Tommy found the right scaffolder for the job and the rest is history. The work was carried out without any fuss, our jobs list was completed and the site left clean. I would recommend Tommy and his gang for all future roofing work. Very professsional.Thanks

It's always interesting watching a skilled tradesman doing his job. Andy did a excellent job laying the laminate and beading in my hall and kitchen it was completed to a great standard. He checked with me at every stage to ensure it was completed to how I wanted. I couldn't be happier.

Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Phil contacted me within 2 mins of contacting Rated People, and came to access the job within half an hour. He estimated the job and informed me how to save money, doing away with any unnecessary work! Gave an estimate for the job but did a little more work for the same price. Phil kept in touch regularly by text to arrange day and time due to changes in weather - very reliable

We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. If Joe says he will call you then he calls. If he says he will be with you on a particular day then he is there. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family.
