Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Excellent service from start to finish, from the initial chat, kicking ideas back and forward of what I was trying to achieve, to starting the job within a few days, having regular discussions on progress and even when changes had been discussed between those doing the jobs! Janis was late for his initial appointment but did contact me in plenty of time and advised a new ETA. He looked at the issue and advised me of the plan to rectify and the cost. He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.

PVGO Services built us the most wonderful deck and pergola of superb quality. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail cannot be faulted. Paul and Adam are unfailingly reliable and just the nicest guys you could hope to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, and they suggested finishes and touches that we would never have thought of. Nico and his team were excellent They done a first class job. Nico kept in touch throughout the work and they were all polite and friendly. Re-pointing is always a messy job, but they cleaned up everything very well afterwards A great job, the chimneys and the brickwork look great..Many thanks to Nico , Chris and everyone else who helped.I would certainly use NCS again and recommend them to anyone.

Luke and Mitch gave us a quote within 24 hours. They were on time to do the work, consulting us whenever needed to be sure we got what we wanted - bespoke cupboard. They were courteous, polite and hard working and knew what they were doing. The job was finished to a high standard and we can't fault then alt all - thank you !!

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended
