Very pleased with the work Shaun and his team undertook in replacing a leaking flat roof. I was kept fully appraised as the work progressed with a detailed explanation of what was required. Shaun is now pencilled in to undertake work inside my house reconfiguring the layout of my upstairs rooms.

Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. Replied to job immediately. Provided a quotation the next day. Came round on a weekend and fixed the problem before it got worse in the weather. Overall job was under the original quotation and problem appears to be fixed. Very pleased!
