Clear communication - Thomas provided frequent updates during the job including when costs increased slightly and over any small delays and changes to the work. . Excellent work completed - ramp from rear door was well constructed and perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy - the team left everything tidy every day and jet-washed at the end of the job. Work was guaranteed for 6 months but water still coming in, not answering his phone, then he finally said he'd come & look, but didn't. Not happy with his manner. Has now said the current leak isn't from his work but hasn't even looked at it!!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
