The guys worked on my sizeable kitchen extension in Ballyhackamore and despite all the hassles with covid they got it finished up really quickly and it was a very tidy job. Was able to explain the problem over the phone and get a price for the job. Came out in a few days and replaced lead flashing around chimney breast. Issue resolved. Good service- showed pictures of repair.

Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

Tradesman came out to give a quote. Was advised I would be contacted by a painter about the staircase, I never heard from him. Contacted tradesman again, arranged a time in advance to complete job quoted for. Tradesman didn't come back to confirm, job not done.

Messed me around for weeks and then on the day job was due to start, they said they couldn't come. Very disappointed in the level of service. Avoid.
