I am a carpenter with 20 years work experience. The knowledge about 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and joinery I have achieved during working many years at the construction site and workshops. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

The good news - my previous review and perception has improved significantly. Literally a 180 turnaround. The bad news is Rated People doesn't allow me to remove the previous review, only update it. Therefore just to provide a brief update; Asa has since joined the team and wow what a difference he has made. Very customer centric, communicates very well and really reasonable all round. We are a loft conversion company that covers all aspects required to complete your conversion from the initial consultation and architects drawings through to the finished conversion
I had my loft done. The work completed in about 6 weeks with minimal disruption to us in the house. So far no issues with the building work and we are enjoying the loft space, which includes bathroom/toilet. Many builders said that we would have to loose space in one of the rooms to accommodate the steps to the loft. Danny and the team made sure get the steps up without loosing and room space.

Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.
