I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

the damaged ceiling on the landing was taken down and re-plastered. All the rubbish was removed and the area cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.

Dan was really professional and we are very pleased with the service provided and the finished job. Worked extremely hard during the hottest days of the year in a very small bathroom! Would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him again for future projects.

Charlie built us a custom cabinet and TV wall, he was very quick to respond, organize a quote and complete the work. The quality of his work is extremely neat, accurate and he managed to give us exactly what we asked for. We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.
