Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.
