Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

Graham answered my post promptly, came and quoted a good price and, fixed my roof in a very professional manner, in less than perfect weather conditions. Both he and his mate showed a good knowledge of the task in hand. I will certainly be using his services again.

Mr. Noel Duffy of sapphire home improvement was invited to give us a quote to fix our polycarbonate roof. He provided us with a very competitive quote and carried out the work very efficiently and in good time. He was very thorough, clean & courteous worker. We will not hesitate to contract him again. Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. His pricing has been fair and his work is definately up to scratch. Very tidy and a pleasure to have araound the house - I have no hesitation in recommending him for other tasks.

George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Overall Paul and his team did a great job, the workmanship is acceptable, and the team were friendly, helpful and open to discuss what they were doing. However; it often felt like my job was being juggled with other more important jobs, I’ve been asked by subsequent trades how it took over a year to complete a job that should have taken a few months. There are several issues that Paul has refused to rectify, the roof leaks (which has just cost me £7k to replace). Overall I’m disappointed in the service.
