Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Wayne was fantastic, he came on time and sorted out a time sensitive job right before Christmas. He was reasonably priced. A storm with 90mph wind pushed the start date a couple days back as outside work was needed but he made sure it was done as soon as the weather settled. Our Cat loves her flap she uses it 5 times a day! We were able to go away for a couple days with out automatic feeder and pet cam with minimal help from a neighbours which was great. It was a clean job too. Thanks Wayne!

Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.
