I asked Sharon from Aquassist Bathrooms to give me a quote to do a total refurb for our en suite. The quote was good, I took a chance because they had only just joined the site, but they didn't let me down. Alan, who did the installation was great. He really wanted to do a good job, very friendly and put the hours in until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Sharon would talk to me during the installation to make sure things were going well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aquassist.

Anthony Terry was professional and polite as soon as he stepped foot in my door, I was surprised with how efficient he got the job done, explaining everything to me throughout the process so I wasn’t left in the dark. Prompt, efficient and professional service throughout Bathroom renovation. I was kept up to date at all times as this was a rental property. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. They were in and out in a single day with minimum fuss. We are very happy with the boiler. Quality of service was excellent. Everything was explained and they came through on all their promises. Excellent Service. A free quote was provided which was the best quote I had received. He carried out the work within the next few days and completed the job in one day. I would definitely recommend him for all jobs. Pleased to have gone with him for the kitchen repairs.
