Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Absolutely wonderful guy. Prompt, respectful, took his shoes off even though he didn't need to, he was polite, he listened and he showed absolute skill in what he did. He used his laser thing to get everything perfect, chose to cut outside, (in the dark ) the dado and cleaned his mess up, he was quick, skilled and efficient. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Rated people are reviewing the Complaint raised.
