From the minute Dave came to quote for the job he immediately knew what he was doing and made some great suggestions to what was a strange request! I had a couple of other quotes and all the builders were stumped with the bizarre pipe work in my garage and how they would work it. Dave knew from the start and his confidence in knowing the job could be done to a high standard was reassuring. It is nearly complete bar a few snags and I have been very impressed by all the team

Couldn’t of picked a better bathroom fitter. Clean, tidy and the bathroom looks unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend Keith enough. Ripped out entire old bathroom which was a bath/shower and reconfigured the layout and put a bath and a shower in. Our bathroom isn’t big but he’s made it feel massive. All re tiled. Built up a great relationship I even let himself have keys to let himself in. Me and the mrs are over the moon

Martin is certainly the most honest, realistic and trustworthy trades person I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. We’ve renovated a few properties over the years dealt with dozens of tradespeople, both good and bad and Martin sits at the top of the good pile. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.
