Very good work carried out within 2 weeks of first contact. Work was a little stop-start due to material sourcing issues but the team worked a very long Saturday shift to complete the work. Contractor was very knowledgeable and I'm confident the work done has enhanced the value of my property.

Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

I'm very pleased with the job done by n.B.C. Andrew arrived when he said he would,surveyed the job, obtained the materials and returned to do the work. The job was completed without fuss, and within a very reasonable timeframe. Andrew was very pleasant throughout. The best decision I made was going to rated people site for a tradespersons. Kevin contacted me after I posted the job. He came to see what needed done and we agreed price etc. Everything was done according to timelines and price. There were no surprises as sometimes happens with other contractors. The job was way above my expectations by a genuinely nice and considerate person and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Kevin to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Duncan removed a load-bearing wall from my flat and fitted supporting beams. He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

Thanks Paul, here is how I see it from a customers perspective. I waited over two weeks for an estimate and had to chase. You said you were off sick and immediately sent me an estimate for £395 . I costed the parts and they were around £70 so you were charging £325 for labour. I reckoned it was a 2hr job and have since had work done and just under 2hrs at a total cost of £190. So in my simple head you were charging £160/hour for labour versus £60/hour . Just tell customers the truth if job too small

Brian and his work mate arrived early on the day of the job and they both just got straight to work. There was no fuss,they cleaned up as they worked and my fence was put up in no time. I was very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend them

Most tradespeople do what you ask and don’t offer comment or suggestion. Garry’s approach was different. He used a design-led and creative process to make sure every inch of space in my kitchen was crafted to meet my needs. His professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. He gave me a bespoke kitchen for the price of an off the peg one. He totally transformed the space available. My finished kitchen is stunning. I can’t recommend Kingsburgh Interiors highly enough. The Maserati of tradespeople!

Bob has just completed painting the outside of my house. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a painter. He was a very neat worker and tidied up afterwards. His price was very reasonable considering he had some cementing work to be done before giving the walls two coats of paint.

Excellent job done for a good price. Pleasure to deal with at every stage. Answered all my questions and provided a detailed written quote before being given the job. Turned up on time every day. Scaffolding, skip,materials all arrived when they were supposed to. All members of the team were experienced and skilled tradesmen and they even cleared up every day. All my neighbours were impressed with the quality and standard of workmanship. I don't often say this, but I would 100% recommend this company.
