He responded very quickly to my post on ratedpeople.com and then was very prompt in being able to come round to my flat and quote for the job. Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Very tidy and efficient guys. Only downsides - I selected "less than £250" cost bracket and it was assumed that I was happy to pay £250 for re-using existing parts and a couple of hours labour - rather than give me a quote. Didn't fix fault first time, but did return at no extra cost to complete.

Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.

Amazing job, very impressed! Both doors and shelves have been hung perfectly, locks fit even better than they did before. Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)

Noel did a whole list of jobs around my property when I moved in. This included making and fitting shelves into cupboards, putting up bookshelves, hanging mirrors and pictures, assembling flatpack, putting up curtain poles, mounting the tv on the wall, etc. I found him to be reliable, punctual, very precise with detail, friendly and trustworthy. I'm delighted with the work he's completed and will ask him to o any further work that comes up. I'm happy to recommend him highly.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments. Jamie came over this Saturday and Sunday to add some fencing on my stone wall and added some wooden rails to the steps of my decking. He did an amazing job and the quality is brilliant. Will definitely use him again for future work in the garden.
