Vijay was polite, courteous and very professional in all of his dealings, either by phone or in person. He was prompt to both the visit to provide the quote, which was very reasonable, and on the agreed date to complete the job. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Very friendly. Sent a detailed quote ahead of time. Turned up when he said he would and everything was very well organised and efficient. Very happy with the quality of the work and the job as a whole. Highly recommended.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). They are definitely not cowboys thankgod! I am so grateful.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Finally they are really nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
