Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.

He turned up promptly and was assisted by a colleague as I had a number of paintings that needed hanging and some were quite heavy. Purely as an observation please note what the job requires prior to quoting as it clearly created some confusion when your team turned up culminating in a price increase ? I appreciated the flexibility of " bank transfer" and the " trust" element. Not transferring within a few hours as I was out, did not constitute that I would forget..

I had an issue with three fence panels and a few posts that were weak . I had a quote after I had put up the job with photos but there was actually more damage due to the winds . A tree had to be sorted out too . All this was done in a professional manner . Rich explained everything before doing the job including the price . A tree that was leaning over had to be sorted . Jimmy was very polite . Two panels were replaced and a few posts strengthened . Job well done ! Thanks.
