Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. They have completed everything in a timely manner. During the works I wasn't at home, but they kept me updated on everything. Very respectful of the property and high quality work done. Shortly after finishing our renovation the floor began to lift, after a 2-year battle and almost court they admitted it was a fitting fault. Not ideal for a 12k job. Now our sink has fallen in, turns out he has used the world's smallest bit of wood and some sealant to fix it to the underside of our granite worktops rather than correctly fitting it using the fixings on the actual sink. Add to this, gaps between drawers and misaligned cupboards and you get the idea.
