Turned up on time, very polite and completed the job quickly. Only downside was the cost: £120 for about 40 mins work.

Thank for your honest feedback Derrick, I appreciate it and I would be happy to give you discount/ compensate in future if I would be called again, finally, Derrick please keep your budget low when you look for tradesman in future. If your budget is high we have to pay more according to your budget when we buy job from website provider and it comes back to customer as they end up paying more. Once again thanks for your business and feedback.

Very polite explained well what was needed to be done and charged very reasonable rate. Completed the work in one day. Will certainly use them again.
