This man is a master craftsman, the work was very good and he is thorough in his work. His english is not very good, however if you are patient it's not such a problem, once he knows the job and things are agreed he gets on with it and as I said the finished article was outstanding

Unable to communicate. Tried to have a conversation over the phone, but the level of English unfortunately wasn't there to be able to have a conversation. They then used the "not given a fair chance to quote" functionality on Rated People, and when challenged, claimed that they did it accidentally.
