I had the job done today, and the trades person was very professional, friendly, and he had good customer service. I explained him what I wanted to be done, and he did an excellent job. I will definitely use him again in the future if I need to.

Within a week of job sealant broke down. Contacted contractor who said he would attend. No contact since. This person not reliable

I did try to contact customer as soon as he emailed me with an issue with job I tried to phone email and txt with with a next day time to rectify work but received no reply to confirm my suggested attendance date and time I fail to see what more I could have other replied very promptly

Richard (the contractor) and i have spoken at length. We both accept that I did reply to his text but that he did not receive it. He has redone the bath sealant and i am very happy
