Overall satisfactory as the job was done and dishwasher is now installed and working. However I was disappointed that when he left after completing the job he hadn't checked it thoroughly and the dishwasher did not drain. He did come back to resolve the problem without charging more, which was good. Although it all could have been avoided if it had been checked to begin with.

Arrived the following day and told us that our dishwasher was unrepairable which is fine, but when leaving we were told he charges £40 as a call out fee...Yet nothing was actually done other than the door to the dishwasher being opened and giving us a bit of information as to why it didn't work! The 5 minute visit wasn't worth £40, no one else we have had out has expected us to give them money the day they come out to view a job. Wouldn't use again, will go elsewhere next time.

Josh was friendly, honest and efficient - what more could you ask for?! He identified the problem with my dishwasher and ordered the part. He returned once he had the part, fitted it and tested everything was working and that I was satisfied before he left. I will be recommending him to friends who need a plumber or someone to repair their dishwasher, washing machine etc.

As others have said in their reviews, Josh was friendly, and definitely knew his subject. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine within minutes. He also showed me the faulty part in my machine, and the receipt for the part he then had to buy to fix it which I found very honest. If I had any criticism, it would be that his pricing was vague. He doesn't seem to have set prices.

prices for replacement parts are so wide and varied that sometimes it is impossible to give a price before you get a price and availability confirmation, hence the price variation. also, its not fair to quote for a job you have not seen as the scope of work and its requirements have to meet practical undertakings. at the end of the day, it should come down to a fair price for a fair job considering that i have purchased the customer's details.
