Internal Painting & Decorating
They underquoted time and money. By day 2 they asked for more money. They did single coats of paint but said they had done 2! The wallpaper is peeling already.They left the house in a mess everynight, didn't hoover up as promised - left their lunch, cans etc for us to clear up each night. Got paint on the carpet and duvets. Left the paint lids off - rain water got in and ruined over £200 of paint. They then promised to come back and fix it -but won't answer our calls/texts.

He only came round to quote on a small part of the work i was doing in both my new home & my old rental property and I ended up briefing him on doing the lot. From the moment we met to handing back the keys he has been a true gentlemen. Having refurbished my new 5 bedroom home and the old 4 bedroom rental property to the exact standards we agreed on budget I would not hesitate to reccomend him to anyone. best David
Wooden Decking
Mark re-sprayed the decking on our roof terrace. He seemed like a nice guy & turned up on time. However, he was overpriced (what he said would be 2 days work turned out to be a total of 5 hours over 2 days), work was poor quality-large area of shoe prints in the paint! and poor coverage all over (my husband spent hours touching up and result still far from perfect) and promise of wholesale prices on decking stain did not materialise (after much chasing) so had to order our own and pay for express delivery.
