3 hours from first contact to working boiler. Dose not get better than that.

Very quick and efficient.
Gas Boiler - Installation
Came out on short notice, and agreed to work at a price, including additional pipe sizing to suit updated boiler. Despite persuading me the 15mm run should be replaced with 22mm, a 15mm section was left in place, even after pointing out the initial error, a smaller section was left in place out of sight. Boiler was run up in test mode and appeared OK. When I went to fire it up manually the timer didn't work. Called up and was told he would call back. Never happened and had to solve the problem myself.

Totally unjust rating and feel let down by the customer
Gas Boiler - Installation
Very happy with the service, Would advise anyone in the Carmarthen area to use this firm. Let down by my builders who kept disappearing into the ether and wishing I had never taken on the project the only part to go smoothly was the installation of the heating system by this firm. Andy did a good job efficiently, to time and at a reasonable price but above all kept in contact throughout. I am so pleased I found this web site and in future will only use "rated people".
Oil-Fired Boiler
Andy went out of his way to help us at short notice as our heating had stopped working and we had recently moved into the property. He fixed the problem very quickly and offered useful advice for ongoing maintenance. We will definitely use him if we have problems in the future.
