Plumber turned up late. Flushed excess dirt in the toilet which stayed there for days. The day after the work was completed came home to find my kitchen completely flooded. He had not tightened a valve under the toilet. I now have cracks and watermarks on my kitchen ceiling and paint peeling off the wall. The plumber did return after I called him and asked him what he was going to do about it. Said he would repaint when it was dry. Still waiting to hear from him. Asked for an invoice. Still waiting.

Barinder replaced a kitchen tap for us when we discovered it was a soldiered fitting we didn't have the skills to replace ourselves. He communicated with us very well, and turned up on time. Completed works to a high standard. Very happy with his work and look forward to working with him in the future for some other planned works in our flat.
