Didn't bother turning up, didn't answer my call when I chased, and haven't heard from them since.

i had to go to ireland suddenly for a funeral my son visited the property on the date and time arranged got no reply the job was an electronic door entry fault ie no speech bell and buzzer working maybe the device gave up with no bell or buzzer my son even left a note for customer no contact till negative feedback i can assure anyone i am not in the habit of paying £9 for a lead and just letting it go due to feedback i cannot even claim a credit for the job just got back from ireland hence late reply
