Nirmal was very professional and carried out the work quickly and at a fair price. Cleaned up after himself also which was an added bonus!
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Both father and son are hard-working amazing people. Reasonably priced and good value for money. They work responsibly and respect others. Both work honestly and are clean and pay attention to detail. They work fast and respectfully in all aspects. I highly recommend them.

Do not use Kalsana Builders thay are cow boys thay do not work responsibly thay are not qualify the workers do not use dust sheets the workers cut bathroom tiles in the house leaving a trail of dust in the house thay do not clean up after work. Plumbing installed pips leak the company will not correct there work. very bad company don't use them. I would rate Kalsana minus 0

Kalsana Roofing replaced my garage roof with torch-on felt. I initially adversed for GRP roof then I changed my mind and went for felt. Father and sons did an EXCELLENT job. Their workmanship is of high standards and reasonably priced. Communication flowed smoothly. They consulted with me throughout the project. They were so good that I gave them other building job straight away. I will definitely contract with them again in future and will recommend them to friends and family. THANK YOU Kalsana Roofing.

Slate & Tiled Roof
Highly recommend this father and son team. They replaced my front pitched roof, with all new insulation, roof underlay, tiles, lead flashing, guttering and repaired damaged ceiling in loft conversion room. The job took around a week, they were highly professional throughout, came on time everyday and completed the work to a high standard with a reasonable price.
