Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Mark was very helpful, friendly and professional. He replaced the flashing on my flat roof kitchen extension and sealed the felt joints on the roof at a reasonable price. Mark informed me any problems just to contact him and he would return to sort it, hopefully no further problems will arise. I would have no hesitation in having RML do any future work i needed.

Mark put flashing where the leak was and also sealant over the joints in my flat roof kitchen extension. He said the roof needed replacing but it will be OK for a couple of years. He said any problems just get in touch and he will sort it. The leak was still there, I contacted him 6 times and 6 times he promised to come and sort it. This was during the weeks before Christmas but he never came back. I am a 71 year old pensioner and have been left with the same leak even though I paid to have it sorted.

I asked Mark to repair the roof on my one-story extension, and he did a fantastic job! In fact, he ended up replacing the whole roof for the same price we originally agreed on. I’m really happy with the result — great work and highly recommended!
As far as roofers go in terms of reliability and being reliant on the weather these guys tend to not let the weather phase them! Come rain, gale force winds and frost they’ll be determined to get the job done. They also return if you still have any issues and ensure the job is complete!
Slate & Tiled Roof
We're very pleased with the work carried out on our roof. The boy carefully removed the existing tiles and as promised saved as many as possible which given the tiles age likey over 100 years old was no easy task. Because of this care the replacement tile cost were kept to a minimum. The job came in at a very reasonable price. Recommended.
