uPVC Windows & Door
Very helpful and went beyond expectations of what needed to be done. Gave lots of good advice and was a very reasonable price.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Roy is a reliable and diligent professional. He explained to me the problem and the works needed to fix it in details. He executed the tasks very quickly. I highly recommend Roy.
Home Maintenance / Repair
Great communication, reliable, on time and very neat job. Would recommend services
Wooden Staircases
No complaint regarding Roy's craftmanship. I fired him part way through the job for his lack of respect and the damage he caused to my property. If you can budget for the cost of correcting his carelessness and tolerate his lack of contrition (he didn't break the key off in the lock of my patio doors despite being repeatedly instructed as to how they worked, it was a design flaw), then I wish you the best of luck.

No complaint regarding Roy's craftmanship. I fired him part way through the job for his lack of respect and the damage he caused to my property. If you can budget for the cost of correcting his carelessness and tolerate his lack of contrition, then I wish you the best of luck. The worst damage he caused was to expensive patio doors which he refused to accept responsibility for. He blamed the damage on what he saw as a design flaw. Didn't even have the decency to credit me for the cost of remediating.

It is true Mr Black warned me about the problem with the back doors and for three weeks of going through them 10 times a day, I managed not to damage them. Several people on several occasions have done the same thing, it was an “accident waiting to happen” and it did.

I compared the situation to Mr Black running a company van with no brakes, then berating employees who crashed it saying, “I told you to be careful, that the van had no brakes!” Mr Black became angry when I suggested he might need to take some responsibility himself. There are ways of fixing the problem for good. Mr Black seems to prefer not to. Please see all my other excellent ratings.
Wooden Sash Window
Very helpful - he did other odd repair jobs around the house (at his own suggestion) while he waited for the paint layers on the sash window to dry, seeing as we were paying for a day of his time anyway.
