Proactive in terms of suggestions to reduce costs and forward thinker. So far quality has been good. Will definitely recommend him. Always willing to “go beyond the call of duty”. Liam was a pleasure to deal with; friendly, clear, very reliable time wise. If costs look like they may change he actively works to suggest options to keep within budget. Costs were very competitive and the quality was great on the walls, particulalry given we were on a tight budget. Liam is one of the easiest builders I have dealt with and would certainly recommend him /use him again.

Liam was always on time, generally very reliable and kept me fully informed about progress. He also managed to come up with solutions regarding unforseen problems.
