Bathroom Installation
I hired Skyland to replace a leaking bathtub and rebuild the support platform underneath. Quote was very competitive compared to the 'big name company' that originally diagnosed the problem, and their quote included replastering and painting over water stains. Paul and his partner arrived on time and did a good cleanup afterwards. During the job they needed a part and visited 3 stores to source it to ensure the job was done same day. I highly recommend this company and will call them first in the future.

The work seemed fine at the time, but 5 months later I’ve had to bring a new plumber in to correct the bathtub installation plumbing.

Unfortunately we did not receive any messages or phone calls from you before, which would enable us to resolve the issue straight away, as we aim to always leave our clients satisfied with the job we do. I would also like to mention that the person who replaced your bathtub - Paul - doesn't work with us anymore.

A good company, but had bad luck with the plumber that was sent. That plumber is no longer with Skyland and Skyland quickly offered to help and did reimburse me the follow up charges I had to pay another plumber. Wonderful customer service.
