Overall first class service in terms of reliability, clear and detailed quote and happy to explain what was required. Turned up on time and replaced the valley and came back out quickly to resolve a small problem (issue was a cracked slate that was dfficult to spot).

I was very happy with John and his work. He was punctual from coming to view the job, supplying quotes right through to completion of the job.
