Following my earlier comment, we managed to sort out another appointment to quote and Charles Farrar did the work on my three floors to an excellent standard. I would now recommend them, but do remind them to take away the sawdust as the frail bin liner they left it in collapsed when I tried to lift it into my bin.

Excellent finish on the floors. Very pleased. Charles is friendly and knowledgeable and provides a great customer service. I needed a few boards replaced and the team had no problem in finding matching reclaimed boards to give a great finish. The workmen arrived promptly but they had limited levels of English which made communication a little tricky - but all in all the floors look super.

Great quality work by helpful, tidy and polite team all at a good price. Mine was a specialist job with reclaimed parquet flooring which they handled with ease. I would recommend them for any wooden floor. Steve
