Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
The only problem with this job was that it took much longer than we had been told to expect and this led to some difficulties.In the end we are well pleased with the result.

Reasons why the job took longer than expected. 1. There was a problem regarding the clients choice of worktop and the supplier was not able to deliver on time. The order was thus cancelled and an alternative worktop (in granite) needed to be sourced, ordered, cut to size and fitted. 2. During the refurbishment it was discovered that the electrical supply needed to be upgraded with a new consumer unit etc. 3. Existing plumbing was not up to standard and needed to be reconfigured. 4. Other details were added.

John Farley comes highly recommended. He impresses both at the stage of developing the design and advising on the room layout as well as at the stage of implementation and delivery. He is also very flexible in accommodating changes in specifications as the work progresses and in following-up on specific requests and instructions. Pricing is agreed up front in writing with no surprises or hidden charges. Finally, this is a one-man shop: it is the same person quoting, advising on and delivering the work. No money gets wasted on contractors or other salesmen. At last a tradesman I can recommend.
