Very polite and arrived on time. Had the right equipment to not only quote but do the job there and then, which was a bonus. Very neat and tidy, had the kit to test sockets and show me that they were each working, pointing out any weaknesses in signal outside his control. He gave me an option not to have an external aerial which was easier and neater and which in fact has given a greta signal since fitting. I would recommend him as a trusted tradesman.
