What a refreshing change, Russell arrived exactly when he said he would, even telephoned me to say he was running late due to traffic problems. Gave me a quote there and then and we arranged the date for him to do the job. Again, arrived bang on time and did a fantastic job. A tradesman that respects your home and your property are hard to find these days, Russell is a clean, tidy worker and works with minimum fuss. Thoroughly recommended.

russell arrived on time and was firendly but proffessional. he got started straight away and work straight through until the job was completed. My carpets came up great and they dried in no time. i was really pleased with the results and would recommend this service without hesitation
