Show off your business with Profile Builder
We’ve made it easier to show off your business with our NEW Profile Builder. With our latest in-profile editing tool, you can quickly build your profile from one place and see what homeowners see when they click on your profile!
We’ve also made it possible to upload a main hero image as well as multiple photos to your work gallery in one go, making it easier to create a winning profile that will help assert your credibility, grow your online reputation and help you win more work.
Request ratings
It’s now easier than ever to request ratings from homeowners thanks to our ‘Request a rating’ feature. You’ll find it within every job lead, so you can get reviewed for all of your hard work. 88% of people trust online reviews just as much as personal recommendations, so getting more ratings will improve your chances of winning work amongst discerning homeowners.
Contact customers through in-app chat
If a homeowner isn’t picking up the phone, you can leave them a chat message showing your interest using our in-app Chat feature. So, whether you’re sitting in your van between jobs or on your lunch break, you can keep running your business with the ease of a few taps on your mobile phone. Plus, chat loading time is now 6x faster than before!
Manage your work with filters and tags
The Rated People app allows you to filter leads, helping you get to the ones you want quicker. You can then track all the leads you’re interested in under ‘My Leads,’ and mark them as ‘New,’ ‘Won,’ ‘Done,’ ‘Couldn’t quote,’ or ‘Lost,’ to organise potential work and filter between different lead categories easily.
