There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
All round a very good job, small communication problem but the job was done exceeded my expectation, I would hire them again.
John met me as arranged to survey the job & agreed a date & time to carry out the work. He arrived as agreed & proceeded to carry out the work of upgrading the main consumer unit & testing the whole electrical system. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

These chaps did not do the job I had requested but wanted payment, i will not use again, sorry.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
He turned up 1 hour late but did the job OK
We agreed a price of £45 per hour. The job took 1hr and 50 minutes and they told us we owed £220!! I generously paid £150 but would never use this company again.
PUT JOB ON HERE ON THE SUNDAY, HE RANG MON EVENING, BOOKED TO CALL IN TO QUOTE FOR JOB ON THE FRIDAY, HE DID NOT TURN UP, NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. NOT GOOD I'D SAY.
