Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.
Come out to do a quote and changed plug sockets there and then, Nice person, would use again.

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. This stair had been broken for a long time, and if I had known I could have someone like John come over and make everything so easy, I would have done it much earlier. The stair is now stronger than it was when the staircase was put in. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Great job and great customer service.
