This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Everything about the whole experience ranging from their first contact to invoicing me was excellent. I highly recommend this company and when I move, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. George was on time and fitted two of the three blinds but that was due to the structure of the wall and window which was out of his control. He fitted a curtain pole on the window frame instead. The only thing to improve on is not to use a bed with white covers as a holding place for tools or other materials. The blinds job was great! Thank you :)

Good quality finsh with Valburn being something of a perfectionist in getting everything right. He wasn't rushed by time just wanted to do it properly. Highly recommended

Konrad did an excellent job tiling my porch, he is a very hard worker and left the area clean and tidy when he finished. I would highly recommend him.

The job was executed efficiently and effectively. As it was a roof job, pictures were given to me before the job to explain the work needed, and afterwards to assure me it had been carried out as planned. Very tidy and would use again if needed.

Overall we were very impressed with Cedric, Rafael and their team. Rafael was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the refurbishment from electrics to plumbing etc and we were able to rely on his expertise and advice.

The guys really went above and beyond the call of duty, working late and over weekends to get our house ready to move in to. They have a great team of people to call on for all aspects of work, finish to a high level, are considerate (we have a new baby) and a pleasure to have around. Budget, potential time implications and solutions are all discussed up front when any issues arise, so no nasty surprises. All in all, highly recommended, we would not hesitate to contact the guys again for further work.

Highly recommend. I used Tip Top Services (Nick) to install 30+ LED downlights. Very pleased with the results and Nick was very easy to work with. A very flexible approach and willing to do all that was necessary to complete the job to high standards. Would use again.

Andrei and his father built some shelves in my lounge and fixed, patched-up and repainted my kitchen ceiling. I was really impressed with both jobs. The shelving looks excellent and is exactly what I wanted. The ceiling was done really professionally and looks even better than I was expecting. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day and were very friendly and personable. Also good on price. Highly recommended.

The safety certificate job was much more expensive than expected due to non compliance with the current code which, although seemingly not the company’s fault, seems ridiculous.
