Juris was very honest about the expectations. He took the steps that would solve the shower issue with the least expense, and now we’ll wait and see for a while. The fee he asked for this job was quite reasonable, and I think he did a good job. I will definitely work with him again, and I highly recommend him.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional. Grant did a fabulous job with our storm damaged fences and posts. He went above and beyond. Cleared away the old fences and posts. We had provided the materials before hand or the fences he could have supplied would hsve been already painted. Grant was friendly, kept us updated on his progress and did not ask for funds up front unlike other unscrupulous traders do. The job was well done and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate in recommending him to others and will use him again.
