I can highly recommend Ryan - he was very quick to get in touch, arrange an appointment to quote for the job and had the task completed within 4 days of my initial enquiry!!! His work is excellent, great quality, super competitive price and he is a very organised and neat worker. He is very pleasant in his manner and i would highly recommend him and shall indeed use him again.

Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

This company was amazing. The job was tricky but they kept at it finally restoring heating where others couldn’t They had to raise carpets flooring and floorboards but everything was put back perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Prices and other charges clear from the start. Pleasant team and kept me updated whilst I was at work. Would not hesitate to work with again, jimmy and his team were fabulous.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I received the phone call very quickly and Joe also emailed me as well. He came to view the job the next day and said he would be able to fix it so was able to arrange the job two days later. I was very impressed by his work as well as his reliability. We had agreed a time but what I found good was that he text me to tell me what time he was going to be at my property which saved me time in trying to phone him to see where he was.

Darren has done a fantastic job, we needed the work doing very quickly and Darren was able to give us an assessment and undertake the work within a matter of days. We required erecting a partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, closing an existing door opening, creating 2 new doors on existing walls, installing a new door and relocating small electrial items. Russ provided us with a competitive offer but from the moment he walk through our door to measure the job, we knew we wanted him. He is very professional and well-mannered, and his workmanship and that of his subcontractors was impecable. We are approaching Russ to carry out further work at our home.
