Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Our quality of work speaks for itself and client requirements are generally exceeded. I have been refitting kitchens, bathrooms and tiling for the past 20 years , learning those skills first before other general handyman skills. Every job i do is different, and so I wouldn't like to pigeon hole the jobs we can do, or even what i are capable of achieving. I definitely enjoy a challenge and love a new exciting project.

The standard of tiling from Artur is extremely high, he is very conscientious, if not a perfectionist when it comes to tiling. I had metro tiling done in the bathroom and it looks amazing. His charges are very reasonable and he is a very friendly chap who makes every effort to keep the rest of the house clean while working. I am using Artur for another job in a few weeks and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. We had a log burning stove fitted. Nick was very helpful from the the beginning. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a very good price for the job. They came and worked through the day while we were at work and when we got home they had left the room very tidy and with only a small amount of dust to wipe away. The finishing result is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Equity Homes to anyone who is wanting a new fire fitting.

Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. Richard was a nice, trustworthy person to have working in our home and we are happy to recommend him.
