Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AG plumbing. Whilst the price was reasonable, I was let down many times from their subcontractor (Steve). Many cancelled work days. A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). Rusty chisel left in my son's bed. Even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! The owner compensated me for this. Stained my carpets. Subby was eventually replaced and work completed satisfactorily.
