Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. A slight communication slip combined with an unwell worker meant my original appointment couldn't be kept, but the guys appeared as rearranged. Bolier check was fine, thank my lucky stars, then leak traced quickly back to a faulty radiator valve. Part sourced and replaced and system recommissioned. Just in time for the inevitable cold snap. Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

Tomasz refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Job was done on time, when agreed and the cost was reasonable for the work carried out. We discovered water damage behind our bath, which was unknown, and Tomasz replaced the damaged wall and we agreed a reasonable price for this. Really pleased with the outcome and finish, would highly recommend if you're looking to hire and would use then again.

Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.
