I have recently re opened my business as I took a few years away from it to work for Worcester Bosch where I was teaching gas and oil boiler fault finding, servicing and commissioning courses. I also ran OFTEC oil courses and Gas courses. I have 20 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry. I also spent 18 months with SSE as a gas engineer during this time. I specialise in gas oil and LPG boiler servicing repairs and installations. With extensive knowledge in fault finding on boiler breakdowns. I also carry out all plumbing and heating works.
Jon proved to be a very expert gas fitter. Managed our job with a great deal of knowlege. He is a very pleasent and helpful young man and readily recommened him.

Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. Overall Paul and his team did a great job, the workmanship is acceptable, and the team were friendly, helpful and open to discuss what they were doing. However; it often felt like my job was being juggled with other more important jobs, I’ve been asked by subsequent trades how it took over a year to complete a job that should have taken a few months. There are several issues that Paul has refused to rectify, the roof leaks (which has just cost me £7k to replace). Overall I’m disappointed in the service.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
