Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received.
