Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

Really impressed with the work — Dijonay came around in the evening and worked non-stop from 6 pm until midnight. Not only fixed the leak but also replaced the old radiator as he suggested. Everything’s working perfectly now and he went above and beyond to make sure it was all done right. Couldn’t be happier with the result — highly recommend!

He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again.
