Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Can’t fault the service from start to finish. Responded to the ad very quickly and gave a quote not long after which was very reasonable. What a great guy Tom is. He contacted me quickly and managed to fit me in just before Christmas to fit two electric radiators after I’d been let down by another tradesman. He was very professional and had all the correct equipment with him to complete the job, not to mention plenty of experience across a range of trades.
